They were exceptionally patient while trying to work with my extended warranty. Easy to communicate with and I was able to use a rental car while my vehicle was being taken care of. Made life so much easier in a time of chaos.

I was able to get my car serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I was not notified about anything with the 5 point inspection and this is the second time in a row that has happened. I also was not notified of the reason for sending me videos regarding my car so I was confused as to why I was receiving them.

When I drove up to visit my Mom in the Northwoods, my tire pressure light came on. I called Dahl to question what I should do. They were able to make an appointment to check my tire pressure and completed the first complimentary oil change and tire rotation (my car was new and the first routine service is complimentary) while I was there. Really appreciated the service! - especially for someone from out-of-state and complimentary new car service!
