The people in the service area are great. However, I do wish the loaner cars were free if your service is estimated to take more than two hours. The Honda dealership in Wausau will give me a vehicle. I got a loaner car, but it was $20

The service I received from Dahl Honda in Rhinelander was top notch. I came in for a transmission service that was due to mileage. They also do something that’s very nice. They video what they were all checking over & also let you know if each item is good or needs to be looked at. Love this part. Took my truck right away and oil change completed within 20 mins. I had questions on my truck and the oil change and was not satisfied with the answers. One question, regular oil versus full synthetic. I'm told even with full synthetic I need to change my oil every 4000 miles when regular oil is 3000, why bother with the most expensive? Other question, is why when I start my car automatically, why does my truck move forward after it starts. He says because it's a push button transmission. If it's in park I would think that's not normal?
Went for my oil change and check over, they did a great job in a timely matter at a good cost so I was extremely grateful, they offered to give us a ride if we needed to go some where, but we stayed for the car. Free Coffee and a snack was a plus! Thanks Dahl Service Department

The service was great. I came in to have my tire repaired on my '23 Accord, and while it was there, they did my multi point inspection, tire rotation, oil/filter change, and repaired my tire. When I walked out of there, I was only charged $42 for the tire repair!

Came in to have a new chip key programmed to my Civic . Nothing else was scheduled. I mentioned my TPS light has been on. Without even asking Eddie went out of his way to scan my tire pressure sensors . 3-4 were bad . That special service is what I call going the extra mile for a customer . Excellent work . Thanks !
